SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow a couple of business days for processing time before the order is shipped (although we strive to ship out orders within 2 business days).

Ground 3 Business Day Transit Time

 

An order placed on Monday with Ground shipping will generally ship out on Wednesday and arrive 3-7 days from then. An order placed on Friday night will generally be shipped out on Monday morning or Tuesday during peak season.

No International Orders

We do not accept international orders at this time.

Wrong Addresses

Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.

 

Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier (typically within a business day of the order), we have no ability to change the shipping address.

If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address. If an item is deemed undeliverable due to a wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund the initial shipping amount.

If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products (less any return shipping charges we are incurred, if applicable).

 

If the package is not returned to us (for example, if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it), we will not be able to issue a refund.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-Day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, wait for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returnable Items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as ceramics.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after business days have passed.
